How long will it take to receive my GOYA gear? Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order heads out.
Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to make a change, please email info@getoffyourattitude.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy? To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all customers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we stand by our gear. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we provide full refunds (see below).
What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong size? If there is a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item, please email us a photo of the product at info@getoffyourattitude.com within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method—no return shipping required.

How do the shirts fit? Our Men’s, Women’s, and Youth collections are designed for an athletic yet comfortable fit. If you prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How should I wash my GOYA apparel? To preserve the bold GOYA branding and fabric integrity, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the logos.
