At Get Off Your Attitude, we understand that when you order gear, you want it as fast as possible. We work hard to process orders quickly so you can start putting our message into practice.
1. Processing Time
We aim to get your order packed and out the door within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
If we expect a delay due to high volume, we will post an update on our homepage or reach out via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your gear arrives when you need it. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for those who need it sooner. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of the shipping provider.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this link to keep an eye on your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is created.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you are outside this region and interested in our gear, please contact us at info@getoffyourattitude.com, and we’ll see what we can do to help.
5. Shipping Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)
We want your gear to reach you safely. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Check around: Look for hidden spots or check with neighbors who might have accepted the delivery.

Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Contact us: If the package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, email us at info@getoffyourattitude.com with your order number. We will help you initiate a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info before confirming your order. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, email us immediately at info@getoffyourattitude.com. Once the order has been processed and a label is created, we may be unable to redirect the package.
